Nuestro material PE ECO es un complejo en base a polietileno. Este material es 100% monomaterial y reciclable, permitiendo remplazar estructuras no reciclables. Esta estructura ha sido desarrollada por SP Group para dar respuesta a las directrices que marca la Comisión Europea sobre el aumento de la reciclabilidad del envase. PE ECO se incorpora a la Gama Eco, que reúne las soluciones reciclables y monomateriales de SP Group. Destaca su transparencia, soporta tratamientos térmicos como la pasteurización, llenado en caliente, y microondas. Puede utilizarse para elaborados cárnicos o lácteos como snacking de fuet o queso, pescado y marisco congelado, frutos y alimentos secos desde especias y super alimentos hasta cereales y legumbres. En términos de no alimentación también tiene muchas posibilidades, para productos de higiene, geles y champú o productos de limpieza entre otros.

Nuestra lámina monocapa Rpet termoformable está fabricada en un 100% con material reciclado post consumo del cual más del 50% es post consumo de bandeja, siendo a su vez 100% reciclable. Esto hace más fácil que sea clasificada y reciclada en los lugares con infraestructura para ello. Tiene una transparencia excelente, comparable con otros materiales de materia prima virgen y propiedades mecánicas específicas para soportar los impactos producidos durante el envasado. El Rpet de SP GROUP es totalmente apto para contacto alimentario, según certificación de la EFSA Nº 2017/4843. Destaca por su gran transparencia y su propiedad de termoformable. Puede usarse para una gran variedad de productos como bollería, galletas, ensaladas, fruta, verdura fresca. También encontramos aplicaciones en mercados de no alimentación como colonias, cosmética o blisters.

Puede usarse para aplicaciones como salsas o productos que contengan algún líquido, platos preparados en base de arroz o cualquier legumbre, complementos alimenticios o súper alimentos como semillas de Chía, Amapola etc; frutos secos y alimentos secos entre otros. Si hablamos de productos no alimentarios también son aptas para geles, elementos de aseo y belleza entre otros.

Es un material más sostenible ya que los restos que queden soldados a la bandeja y sean desperdicio en el proceso de envasado pueden ser separados, reciclados y reutilizados. The PP HB ECOTOP top film is also compatible with rigid polypropylene thermoformable trays. NATURTRAY is a laminate combining paper and rigid film. Designed to be used as a base web, it is thermoformable up to 15 mm. It comes in a wide variety of paper finishes, can be printed with flexography, offset and digital techniques, and allows customisation of weight and microns. Properties: High barrier and available without barrier too. Rigidity, resistance and MAP. Peelability can be added. Applications: Trays for many products, including cold cuts, sliced cheese and sliced meats.

Rclosing Efficient is a flexible high-barrier laminate with properties that permit re-closure. It is used as a lid for trays principally made from our APET EFFICIENT material. The laminate is characterised by being more sustainable than others as it is thinner and contains no chlorine products. In a triple complex it is available from 75 microns. Rclosing Efficient ensures the lid falls smoothly and firmly onto the tray so that the packet is re-closed and the preservation time increases during the established consumption period. As with previous openings, it ensures the re-closure is uniform. It can be made with transparent, white and metallic complexes.

As with other materials in the SOL range, VSOL provides a high barrier with the required characteristics, but includes improvements for it to be used in vertical packaging machines. It has good hot tack and a low weld temperature. Properties: It provides a high aroma and oxygen barrier and is watertight. It also withstands heat treatments, such pasteurisation. Applications: Nuts, rice, sugar, salt, pet food, among others.

Properties: It provides a high aroma and oxygen barrier and is watertight. Suitable for protective atmosphere. It also withstands heat treatments, such pasteurisation. Applications: Sliced cold cuts and cheese, ready meals, sauces, liquids.
